Contact Forms

When you submit using any of our contact forms, you are authorizing us to contact you, not to SPAM you. Unless the contact form explicitly states that you are opting-in to a mailing list, you are not. By mailing list, we mean email. We may send you occasional follow-ups and ask you to opt-in to our mailing list. All of our mailing lists are “double opt-in” meaning that we will not commence sending mailings until after you have confirmed that you authorized the opt-in by replying on via email. We use third party mailing systems and their privacy policy will be on every mailing. These systems make it easy to opt-out at any time and opt-out becomes effective immediately. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Groove Digital or GrooveKart services; see above for the privacy information on these firms. If the contact form is for a blog, it will be displayed as such. After approval of your blog comment, if your profile picture is available, it will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
